DESCRIPTION:Melissa May is a Lewes artist who has been exhibiting at the Re
 hoboth\nArt League since 2019. Melissa’s career included museum work acr
 oss\nfour states and a variety of types of institutions including an\nhist
 oric site\, a state museum\, a Native American museum and an art\norganiza
 tion. She currently is the Choptank Collections Manager. Her\nart has been
  widely exhibited across the United States and as far away\nas Australia. 
 Melissa was a juried Tamarack artist in West Virginia\nand is currently a 
 member of the Rehoboth Art League and the Ocean\nWaves Quilt Guild in Dela
 ware. She is also a member of the national\norganization SAQA – Studio A
 rt Quilts Association. A selection of\nMay's quilts will be represented in
  this exhibit in the Peter Marsh\nHomestead. Venue: Rehoboth Art League.
