Delaware Art Museum Curator Talk: Living Indigenous
Mar 30, 2026
• 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Head Curator and Curator of Contemporary Art, Margaret Winslow, will visit the Lewes Public Library to discuss Living Indigenous, the artists involved, and their powerful artwork on view.
Developed in partnership with Nanticoke Indian Museum, the exhibition explores what it means to be an Indigenous artist at the United States’ 250th anniversary. Bringing together intergenerational voices, Living Indigenous centers broader stories of the inhabitants of Turtle Island while connecting historical narratives to today.
Living Indigenous is #onview at #DelArt through August 23, 2026
