Recent Works: Pastel Paintings by Nick Serratore

Throughout Nick's career as an artist, He strives to push the medium of pastels to new limits and find new ways to incorporate these discoveries into his work. He has always been drawn to quiet, contemplative landscapes and no matter how often he has new ideas and techniques, the end result still reflects his mission that there is no stasis in nature, but paradoxically, despite [its] change at work, the natural world provides the opportunity to experience moments of deep stillness like no other.
