Springtime at the Homestead Selected Works from the Permanent Collection

May 17, 2021
For decades, the historic Peter Marsh Homestead on the grounds of the Rehoboth Art League has been a source of inspiration for many artists. Its formal gardens and wooded pathways are depicted in renderings of all types of media, from pastel to oil painting, and from woodblock prints to photographs. The lush greenery and historic artifacts—many of which you can still find on campus—are abundant in many paintings. Enjoy these selected works from our Permanent Collection for a look back at how the campus has been interpreted by artists over the years. Later, wander outside to experience the campus through your own eyes. Venue: Rehoboth Art League.
