The location itself is fantastic, that definitely can't be beat. You can walk to pretty much anywhere. The Hotel, however, was pretty dingy for the price you pay. I get it's July, the busy season, but come on. We asked for replacement towels at the front desk on the morning of the second day of our three day trip, and we came back in the evening and had to go tell the front desk we never received any towels. Since the process is that you leave your dirty towels outside your room on a bench, then housekeeping will bring you new ones, I can see how housekeeping might forget which room they picked them up from in front of. They should just go back to cleaning rooms daily instead of just by request. That's probably why the room was so dingy. Would I recommend staying here? No. Will we be back? Also no. We looked at other options as we walked around town.

The room was decent and clean, just right for a short stay. The location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. There’s also a bar serving fresh draft beer right across the street—perfect for a drink after a day at the beach. Overall, a good choice for those who want to stay near the center at a reasonable price.

Our family loves this "home base" when we go to the beach. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and boardwalk with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but great for crashing after a long day at the beach or doing family activities.
