Beach View Hotel

Location location location. This place is perfectly located on the boardwalk in Rehoboth. You won’t need you car as everything you could care to do is within walking distance. We appreciated the continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, and nightly cookies.

The room was a little small, but we didn’t go to the beach to hang out in our room. If you were staying more than 3-4 nights with kids you might want something bigger.

We had a balcony which was nice to sit on and people watch, but what we didn’t expect was noise from the early morning delivery and trash trucks.

Would definitely recommend this place for a family taking a long weekend trip to Rehoboth. Hard to beat the convenience.

Great last minute find! We booked morning of.. Service was wonderful, rooms are quaint and very clean, facility is clean and great location, right across from the beach! The front desk ladies are very helpful and so accommodating. Would definitely recommend. You would not be disappointed! Thank you to everyone there. We hope to get back!

The best part is the location right next to the beach and Funland. We are staying in 311 the smell is awful moldy damp dank smell. The amenities are nice with a free breakfast, microwave and fridge in room. Small pool outside. Friendly staff the only downside is truly the smell. It’s even seeping into my clothes. It’s odd that they’ve clearly updated but didn’t rip out all this gross carpet! Why put down patches of vinyl plank and not do the whole room? I am not a fan of carpet in hotels just gross.
