First time dining at Bella Capri tonight. Not a great experience. We were not greeted when we walked through the door and having never been there, was unaware of what the protocol is whether you are seated by staff, or seat yourself. Once sat and reviewed the menu we placed our order. The appetizer came out within less than 10 minutes. More than 40 minutes later, I asked for the status of the personal pizza we ordered. We were informed that they were busy with door dash orders. Meanwhile the table next to us ordered a large pie to go, and got it in no time. We were unhappy and asked for the check for just our appetizer. The servers response was "well your pizza is done now" so I said fine, we will take it to go. Almost 7 minutes later, she brought over the pizza and our check.
We were very disappointed with this dining experience.

Lives up to its reputation for delicious food in a friendly atmosphere! Great pizza, crust has the right combo of chewy and crispy. Our server Jen was attentive and made us feel welcome and never rushed. We stopped in for an early quiet happy hour and by the time we left, the restaurant was full of people having a good time. So important to support our local businesses! Definitely recommend!
