We have been staying here at Sunspot, Unit 109 for 7 years and absolutely love it. This is a smaller condo but perfect for hubby, myself and our service dog (who is a huge fan of the Oceanfront balcony). The location is perfect and very quiet and the reserved parking spot is great. My favorite thing about this condo is that the dining room table is in front of a huge window that faces the ocean (the super comfy bed comes in a close second).

Wow, what a nice place and a nice week! Honestly, we were expecting something dark and older— instead we found ourselves in this bright, modern 2-BR unit. Everything was recently renovated- the kitchen was very well-equipped and everything worked. The small living space had a very comfy couch and two chairs. Another surprise- comfortable beds! The a/c was more than adequate for the very hot days we were there. Very clean overall. The outdoor shower is shared with others. One minor inconvenience: the end-to-end driveway is shared with the upstairs tenant (assuming there is one) so we had to coordinate with them to make sure no one was blocked in when they needed to get out. I ended up parking on the street most of the time (they provide two parking permits.) We’d do it again.

We enjoyed our stay at 8 Wades Court. The accommodations definitely met our needs as our family continues to grow. Our grandsons loved the bunk beds and the was plenty of space for a pack-n-play in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was so well equipped, and enjoyed the living space. Loved the outdoor space and enjoyed the front porch. We hope to be able to return to this home next summer.
There were a few issues to start but Chelsea Webster was so wonderful to deal with and helped use through them, she is awesome. Enjoyed working with Berkshire and Hathaway
