Brighton Suites Hotel

This is our FAVorite place to stay in Rehoboth! The rooms are reliably clean; very comfortable and practically furnished; and very reasonably priced. Plus the **LOCATION** is superb - just one block from the main drag (Rehoboth Ave) and one block from the beach!! One more note: Book via the hotel directly - best prices. ENJOY! We can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay! We were first time visitors to Rehoboth Beach when we stayed here. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious although the bathroom was definitely on the smaller side. We loved the complimentary beach chairs and towels as well as the sand rinsing station outside the hotel which helped keep the sand out of our room. The noise of other guests was a bit loud which could be from the structure of the hotel or just our bad luck. The hotel is close to the beach and boardwalk which made it easy to walk wherever we needed to go.

Location couldn’t be better and service was on top of things. But…the rooms. Large but not updated. The outside of the rooms had stained carpet and the pool looked dirty. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The people above us or next to us, can’t tell, are so loud with the bed/floor squeaking. It’s midnight and my family trying to sleep. It was so loud and gross I actually banged on the wall. You can hear the toilets flush like it’s in the room. I would not stay year again even though the location is great. There are tons of other hotels in this area that are better.
