Buffalo Wild Wings

First time visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. The place is fairly new and was very clean. The service was very good and kept checking in on us. The atmosphere was very nice with a lot of TV screens on the wall. The decorations and layout were nice. The food was better than expected. We ordered a variety of foods, ranging from burgers and wings. Prices were decent, and because of downloading the app, we got some additional discounts. Will definitely be coming back.

Ordered takeout a month ago & absolutely everything was superb. Came back today to dine in & am highly disappointed. Greeters & wait staff were great. After submitting our order, it was in excess of 20 minutes before receiving our appetizer. Another 15 minutes later our remaining order to include mac & cheese arrived. Supposedly they kitchen ran out & had to make a new batch. Not sure how a franchise restaurant, on a major thruway to beaches, on an off season sunday afternoon, runs out of a staple side item. Bad part is it arrived less than room temperature. The women’s restroom decor is nice and clean. BUT there are only 2 stalls. I am not sure of the max capacity to restroom ratio but can you imagine the wait line of women in a big sporting establishment as this that serves alcohol, is next to a high school, and on a beach thruway?

We went to Buffalo Wings for takeout. We are not ones to complain but at this time it is warranted. I got 6 bone in wings with sweet sauce. The wings were so small , not real hot, and we asked for sweet barbecue. It was not sweet at all as it was so salty I could barely eat them. I asked for a side of sauce which I did not get. The wings were not glazed with sauce like I’m use to from other places but there were little clumps of sauce on the wings. Overcooked and overpriced. That is our first and last visit. Poor operation's management.
