CEDAR land+ sea kitchen

We had the paella for two, which really could have served 4! It was very yummy, and though expensive, seemed like a lot of seafood for the price! The wine was a healthy pour too. The crab dip was lacking in actual crab and flavor unfortunately. Atmosphere is very sweet. They are a bit understaffed but the staff they have does a good job. They accommodated my gluten allergy, but the menu wasn't super gf friendly.

We came here at the recommendation of a family member who made the reservation for us. It is one of their favorite places. We showed up early for our reservation to see if we could grab a drink and wait, but the place was hopping! Thankfully they were able to seat us early, which was nice. From there service was pretty slow, and I think we waited about 30-40 minutes to even receive our wine. We had a Cab, which was tasty, and the 7 Moons red blend, which I thought was not as good as the Cab. The atmosphere is fun, but it is very loud, to the point where it is hard to hear your server. We found pointing at the menu was easier to be understood. We ordered the crab dip appetizer with our drinks, but it didn't come out until after our entree was served for some reason. It was light on crab and not very tasty. Our entree was the Cedar Paella for two and that was fantastic! It was so much food and quite delicious. I would have been happy to eat that without the app. Our server was attentive and sweet. After tip, we were at ~$67/person. I would say it was worth it!

Overall had an amazing dinner at Cedar! The star of the show was the shrimp appetizer, DELICIOUS! Loved our entrees, stuffed mushroom, paella and crabcakes. Unfortunately, we had a new server who checked on us about 15 times, it was annoying. Seems like an easy fix with management training before she starts serving. My friend and I were very disappointed with our cedar cosmos, they were way too strong, tasted too much like alcohol with a little sweetness. A good crafted cocktail has a balanced flavor profile. We would definitely go back!
