I'm giving this a 3 only for the customer service. All workers were amazing. For the price the rooms were small and outdated. I would recommend finding something cheaper. Simple motels seemed to be a better option than this Comfort Suites. When we got to our room I pulled the pull out sofa for my daughter to sleep finding stains on the mattress. When grabbing the extra provided pillow in the closet I noticed a wet dark brown with black spots section on the pillow. The front desk attendant did apologize and was baffled. I went to take a bath and when I did chunks of debris and mold started coming off the water drainer anytime the water hit it. Absolutely disgusting.....I wanna say Comfort Suites at this location give more breakfast workers and more appropriate appliances for them to work with. The worker did not deserve what she got from the guests and she worked solo the best she could to keep up with breakfast needs. Do better for your people. It was not her fault and she did not deserve the plate she was handed alone.

I stayed at the Comfort Suites last week. I would like to thank the two ladies that checked me in. I think one of the ladies was named Vickie and I can't remember the other young lady name. For that I want to apologize. She was amazing.
First and foremost, I have TMAU. I have major anxiety that often results in panic attacks. I normally try to avoid check ins that are not digital. If you know you. It's to make my life simple.
Well anyways, these ladies did not react to me at all. Which made my check in easier even though I was panicking inside. I later went back and thanked the ladies for being nice and making me feel welcome. Even was place near the exit so that my ESA fur baby so that I could take him outside without disturbing anyone else. Lastly, I would like to thank the overnight front desk lady that was putting out breakfast. We had a lengthy conversation. Again she made me feel like my TMAU did not exist. Thank you for the experience. In a world that has so much chaos......You all chose Kindness. Thank you.

The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable The pillows were amazing. A little on the pricey side.
