Beautiful place to go. I just went today, and it was still very pretty. Can't wait to see this place in spring. Check the website for free admission days (they have several a year). Today was Veterans appreciation, and guests who donated to the veteran food drive received free admission. Bathrooms were very nice, and the paths were very well maintained. Mom had no problem with her walking stick/cane. Lots of benches to take a rest.

Spent wonderful two hours getting lost in the forest (where we saw sculptures, birds and snakes, hawks? are soaring above canopy) and native plant meadow (tons of butterflies and insects, cottontails are also spotted). Great for both adults and kids. Don’t miss the bathroom also :)
Staff is very kind and helpful. It has a cute gift shop where I got a lovely leaf soap dish. Love this place!

Love the natural meadow made of 85% native plants. The walk through the woods trail is so peaceful. Monarch meadow was full of butterflies and other pollinators. The reclaimed shoreline will hopefully be a model for repairing damaged coastlines. We are planning return weekend trips to see the meadow in each season.
