Then my daughter went to take a shower after swimming in the pool and the shower was broken as well. It wasn't that it just didn't have water pressure....you turned it all the way up and it had a water drip....as if a faucet was accidently left on a small amount....I did not go to the front desk with that issue because I knew what the response would be...they can't do anything from the desk.....so I called with the agency I booked through hoping maybe the hotel staff would react better to them trying to take care of it....and the travel agent kept calling with no answer and then eventually emailed the General manager and now we have to wait for the situation to be rectified. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel because it's the only time I've encountered an issue where staff won't do anything to try to find a solution. And I know they had extra rooms because all I had to do was look at the direct web page and see what was available to book. I don't believe the front desk didn't have a solution to the problem, it really just felt like they didn't care about their job or me, or that they clearly were not qualified for their positions. I would love for this situation to be fixed. But we will see if that happens.....if the hotel reads this....my name is annakah....my husband's name is kyler. The reservation was under loveless for June 5th to 6th. I'm sure you can go back in your system and find it, and we really hope to hear a response from a manager Monday.
