Join us for clean, affordable accommodations just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Fenwick Island's stretch of ocean provides uncrowded beaches for swimming, surf fishing, surfing and any other ocean activity you can imagine. The Bay, meanwhile, offers jet skiing, sailing, windsurfing, boating and fishing, to name a few possibilities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. While it's not fancy, it is comfortable, clean, and a great location. We were very happy with the laminate flooring instead of carpet, new carpet in the halls and stairs, and new mattresses! The king bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. We didn't swim, but the pool looked very clean and inviting! Several others were enjoying it. The balcony looks over the canal, and it was nice sitting out there in the morning and evening. Fenwick is a great area, and we walked almost everywhere. One block to the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We'll probably stay here again when we return.

To say Karen is fantastic is an understatement! Prices and accommodations were wonderful! Clean rooms & and friendly service! Super easy to take the bus if you want to get the the boardwalk or to do all anything else down the strip! Did I mention Karen is fantastic!??!!!! Book it and you won't regret it! Definitely coming back!

Room smelt like piss and mold, they had nowhere to move us.. it was late that night so we stayed and left the next day, they charged my card 300$ and I never stayed there on my card we use someone else’s the day before!!! Go anywhere else but here, front desk wouldn’t give me owners number and when I left mine he never called back!
