Freedom Boat Club
What I love most about Freedom Boat Club is having access to so many different types of boats without the commitment and headaches that come with owning one. I don’t have to worry about repairing them, maintaining them, washing them, or making sure they’re ready to go—the club takes care of all of that.
The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. They keep the boats clean and operational, help you with docking, and even assist with getting your equipment on and off the boat. That personal assistance really makes a difference.
I also love the flexibility. Sometimes you just wake up and think, “I want to go out on a boat today.” Being able to make a reservation, even at the last minute, is so convenient. I’ve always been able to find a boat, and they’ve been incredibly flexible with their hours.
And honestly, one of my favorite parts is being able to experience so many different vessels. You can go out on a Tritoon, Key West, Cobia a Gladiator, or whatever fits the day and the people you’re with. If I’m going out with just a few people, I can choose one type of boat, and if I’m taking a bigger group out, I can choose something completely different.
It really gives you the feeling of having access to several boats without being tied down to just one. You get to change it up depending on your mood, your plans, and who you’re bringing with you. For me, that’s what makes the whole experience so much fun—it feels like having the freedom of boat ownership without all of the responsibilities that come with it.

Great location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The boats have been clean and well maintained, and the Delaware Bay offers beautiful scenery. We were lucky enough to see dolphins, which made the trip even more memorable. The only challenge is that reciprocal reservations can be difficult to get because this location is in high demand, so booking early is important. Overall, it’s a fantastic destination and well worth the visit.

We’ve had a great time going out of the Riverside Marina the past two times. It’s a really great place to boat since the water is deeper there, the staff is great and we’re able to enjoy ourselves by the lighthouse, the beach and watch the dolphins play.
