Extremely DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered a buffalo shrimp quesadilla and received a chicken quesadilla instead. After waiting over 25 minutes, this was beyond frustrating. The customer service was horrible and didn’t make the situation any better. The only highlight was the ice cream. Unfortunately, I will NOTbe returning.

so many different flavors, our server pam was great as well!! we will be returning frequently, as this is a cheap date spot, and now we can collect points from the rewards system!

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Friendly’s. I went into the women’s restroom and there was not a single drop of soap available to wash hands. I brought this to an employee’s attention and specifically asked how staff and customers were expected to properly wash their hands, and the only response I received was a simple “sorry” with no urgency or attempt to correct the issue. Basic hygiene and sanitation are non-negotiable, especially in a restaurant. This was honestly disgusting and left me seriously questioning the cleanliness standards of this location.
