Highly recommend. I went there once before and was happy to see it did not have a typical eastern shore menu, but rather catered to simply good food prepared well. I was happy that they had soups that were not just the typical “crab” choices. The café sits off of the garden porch, adjacent to the grocery area and kitchen. A unique cozy set up. Food choices are excellent, fresh, prepared, in-house, and delicious I had the chickpea Sammie. And chicken vegetable soup…my husband had the daily special short rib sandwich. it was my birthday and I was gifted an incredible dessert chocolate brownie dessert unexpectedly.
Our server, Ian, attentive and delightful was on point. The café itself, although I appreciated the atmosphere is a little small, a little noisy when full, and probably better enjoyed in the summer and warmer weather than the winter especially if you would like to step outside and enjoy the outdoor gardens. If you’re a picky eater like me, or have any special dietary needs, you’ll appreciate the options.

Very good meal at this “unique” eatery. The food quality was truly excellent and our service was outstanding. However, be warned. 1) be sure to secure a reservation on a weekend and pay attention to where your reservation is. We ended up at a very unstable high-top in the bar, surrounded by store shelves and refrigerators. It’s always frustrating to be told there is no room on the patio only to see empty tables sitting there during our entire visit. 2) the food was fresh and well-prepared. But beware - the menu was a bit limited. My wife does not eat seafood and did not have many choices for her dinner. She went with the “daily” chicken and was not disappointed.

Good Earth is one of our favorite restaurants when we visit the area. We drove from Rehoboth this year to have dinner there. Fantastic veggie options. I had a cup of the mushroom soup. We had the Mediterranean Lentil and Thai Veggie Bowl entree’s.
