Nothing bad to say, location is good, concerts on weekends once the season gets goin, and 45 minutes from Rehoboth and OCMD. Make sure you keep the grass mowed.

Happy to be part of the community! Really wish the pool hours could be extended (trying to tell an excited toddler they can't get in the pool until 11 is hard)
We love attending bingo and the bands they bring in, and all sorts of other events they host!
