We booked 5 rooms with help of Mr. Fred Thompson(Manager) and he was very helpful we initially booked it from 07/25-07/27 due to the weather issues he was able to accommodate and changed our dates with reasonable rates that we initially booked. The service and staff was wonderful. Mr. Fred was very kind and very courteous and let us do 1 hour late check-out. I have never stayed in a such a great hotel with great staff and great service.

Best hotel ever! Desk staff friendly and always helpful. Free hot breakfast rivals any restaurant for quality and selection. Rooms immaculate, maid service over the top. Only two miles to the beach! Free parking! Handicapped accessible. Special requests welcomed and follow-up is spot-on. Manager and staff available to solve any difficulty. We stay here every year for our anniversary and we are never disappointed. Highly recommend!! 5 stars all around!!!!

I stayed a few nights. The experience was lovely. I checked in using the app. It was very convenient as there were a few people in line at the front counter when I arrived. In the app, I was able to use a digital key to access the room—super convenient. I don’t like that the app does not reserve the room you selected. If they can’t reserve it then it shouldn’t be an option. However, the room I was assigned to was nice. Everything was clean and working. The breakfast was better than I imagined and the waffles are delish! The younger girl working with the dark hair and braces (I wished I asked for her name!) was super attentive keeping the food stocked and helped me with the waffle maker. Overall, the place is great. I wished it wasn’t so expensive or I would’ve stayed longer!! The location is divine, right by all the outlets, shops, food, and about a 15min drive to Rehoboth Beach!!! I miss it already!!!! Thank you all!!!
