Hotel Wave Rehoboth Beach

This a nice hotel, in a good location for a really good price for the area. Most Hotels around here are super expensive. Our room was large and clean. We were greeted warmly at check in, got our room right away and received a welcome goody bag with two waters and snacks.
The hotel was just finishing a renovation, there was some construction around the outside but no noise. The water pressure in the shower is nonexistent and the tv wasn’t properly set up. Minor inconveniences to us, but it might bother some people.

This is a Racist and Homophobic hotel. My partner and I stayed at the Hotel for Halloween. The 1st night was fine the 2nd morning the manager came banging on our door and accused us of Smoking in our room neither of us are smokers. She pushed her way in the room and Sniffed around like a Drug sniffing dog. I told her to get out our room she got extremely rude and she refused to leave. The Police had to get involved. We were targeted for being a same sex interracial couple.

what’s the $100 fee for if you don’t have a pet? I never felt so offended are people animals now too? Is this hotel not safe? Is it not nice? Do many people trash it? Are many animals peeing and pooing on things?
why is there carts if there’s no elevator to the second floor? why is there stains on the couches? why is there stains on the mattress. Took all pictures six minutes after checking in and getting things out of car with time stamp. Along with being charged to have a king bed, with sitting room and sofa bed. There is no sofa bed.
