As much as I enjoyed my stay there were a lot of cons that I didn’t enjoy which is why I rated 3 stars.
Check in was very easy and it was smooth, everyone was friendly, nice and welcoming.
We brought our dog with us to stay, the pet fee was $100 which was completely understandable and reasonable.
Breakfast was good, the pool was amazing , and the amenities were very useful(gym, laundry, patio, etc).
My partner and I enjoyed it very well that we decided to add on an extra night to our stay. My partner and I stayed in a studio suite so that way our dog would have room for herself and not be cramped , the room was nice and the view was great.
However,
There were a couple of things that made us dislike our stay….
First things first, I feel like housekeeping at hotels is just non existent anymore, they offer housekeeping here but they do it every other day of your stay which is okay, we stayed for 5 days so we assumed our room would get serviced on the 3rd day , however due to us having a pet in the room we were unable to get serviced which I didn’t know until last minute, had we known we would’ve taken our dog out for the day so the room would’ve been cleaned when we got back.
Due to not being serviced, I had to go down and get my own towels and wash cloths and TP which I ended up dropping a couple of things on the way up. So it was all just very much an inconvenience.
On top of that, because of not getting serviced our trash cans were overflowing, my partner and I aren’t messy so we kept everything confined to one area when it came to the trash but it was just very nasty to see it sitting there for 5 days.
I also feel as if house keeping standards have gone down as well? I mean the high chair at the island looked like it hadn’t been dusted in years , the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner things were actually disgusting, had a lot of grime buildup and black stuff at the bottom , and again just not getting serviced threw things off overall.
Also, I really hope that there gets serious regulation around pool times , on the signs on the elevator it states that the pool closes at 10 thus we made sure to be out by 9, headed out to get some dinner and came back and seen people in the pool after 10, not saying anything against that but I think in terms of safety and property rules , guests should abide by them.
Overall I have a very much love/hate with my stay, again we stayed an extra night despite all of this, would I come again? Of course, the hotel was lovely, I just hope to get a little more information during check in about pet protocol, and the cleanliness standards go up.

I booked 2 nights in this hotel based on the good reviews and expecting high quality from a Hyatt. Unfortunately, they gave me a very noisy and smelly room which was next to an electrical room, elevator room, ice/water dispenser on one side and huge electrical units on the roof behind the window. Their HVAC is very noisy too and the air vent is dusty. Moreover, the smell of chlorine coming from the swimming pool was just unbearable. When I asked for a more comfortable room they told me at once that it was the only one they had and offered me earplugs instead. I wanted to leave and get the refund, but first the receptionist told me that they’d still charge me one night and then that the booking company would make the refund. I contacted the booking company which tried to get in touch with the hotel but failed. As I didn’t want to loose money or pay twice I decided to stay and provide the review. I understand that people staying in more comfortable rooms may have different experiences, but in my view this hotel has a very poor quality/ price ratio. BTW, the breakfast was very average and the area had some nauseating smell, maybe from cleaning liquid used for wiping the tables. The room service is provided every other day, so no service for a 2 nights stay. The swimming pool looks good, but I didn’t use it because it was overcrowded and the chlorine smell was really strong.

Great three night stay for our family. Comfortable, clean, and bright rooms. Service was great. Requested early check-in and they were able to accommodate us. The best part was their spacious, clean pool. Lovely time staying here! Will book again. We love Rehoboth!
