12 shells tray is $55. Food is okay. Forgot celery with wings. People are nice. Not really sure why a tip is expected for take out especially with the prices. Garlic bread is sub rolls? Not going back. I will continue to eat in at the Laurel location as that has always been fine and I expect to tip well for good service which I have always had there.

Ordered large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. 10 minutes after calling in order picked it up. Noticed the box was not as hot as usual. When I checked the pizza it looked like left over slices had been shoved together, because pepperoni at the edges of the 7 slices did not line up. The pepperoni was shrivled and dry, with no grease visible, unlike usual, and there was very little cheese. And, yes, you read that correctly there was 7, SEVEN, slices. And one of the slices had no cheese at all and only one piece of pepperoni AND the entire bottom, crispy part, of the crust was missing. In what universe do pizzerias cut a pizza into 7 slices and how on earth does the bottom, crispy, half of the crust get lost? Very, Very disappointed and will not be back. Just so everyone understands how awful this pizza was...a 9 year old boy and his 7 year old brother, who usually devour a large pizza, called it "gross and disgusting" and refused to eat it.

We usually order food for pickup from Laurel Pizzeria. Recently due to a special occasion and an injury to someone in the family, we ordered delivery. We order about once a week from them on average. There have been small errors such as the wrong salad dressing or something like that, but nothing major so I'd never had to contact them about anything. Also since my husband usually picks it up, he can see if something is missing and take care of it before he left.
On the most recent order, we also ordered more than our average order as there was an extra person. However, we didn't get the two 2 l sodas and the 20 oz. At first the driver seemed confused about the missing sodas and said that he hadn't been given those. I showed him my email receipt even though he had a receipt in his hand that showed the itemized order. He said he had to make another delivery, which I completely understand because I don't want their food to get cold either, and then he would be back.
I called the restaurant because there is a $5 delivery fee and since we didn't get our whole order, I asked if that could be waived as a courtesy for the inconvenience. I didn't think that was asking too much, especially since I was not asking to take the tip away from him or anything. At first the person I spoke to thought I wanted to have the sodas refunded even though I had not said anything about that. I explained that I didn't, and asked again it just the $5 delivery fee could be waved. She was speaking to a man in the background and he said no. After some more discussion, the most he could offer was a free dessert. There was a free dessert as part of a promotion which we did have, but we also had a cake for the birthdays and I didn't want another dessert.
I have referred and recommended people to the restaurant. While my father was ill at my home, other members of my family as well as myself ordered multiple times in that week because a lot of people were coming to visit. When people would ask what was a good place that was close by, I recommend it Laurel Pizzeria. Even when my sister said that she had ordered there before and that she thought the food was dry, I still stood behind the restaurant because other than anything that's grilled chicken is good. Chicken cheesesteaks or chicken quesadilla are good, but if it's on top of a salad it's really really dry. But I let her know that the rest of the food wasn't like that.
It's sad that a place that we went to so many times ruins the feeling that I had about them. We won't be ordering there anymore. There's another similar restaurant very close by and another one that my cousin ordered from for us that we can use. I've been a delivery driver myself and I've made mistakes, but at least I apologized and they didn't even do that. It made me feel that they didn't care about their customers.
