HORRIBLE!!!! Honestly stay absolutely anywhere else. My husband and I were only there one night and we couldn’t leave fast enough. To start out we get there, and wait to check in for over 15 minutes because they don’t have a good system and it’s extremely out dated (like I mean signing a legit piece of paper, printing it out and everything), just took forever. Finally we get up to our room….. DISGUSTING, I’ll attach photos, the glass shower doors, the faucets, THE SHOWER HEAD, if you picked anything up there was a ring of dust around it so you could see where it went. There was urine on the side of the toilet, and don’t even think about walking around the room without shoes or socks, because there is so much dirt and dust on the floor it will feel like you are walking outdoors barefoot. So we get there around 3:45 but when we get to our room it’s past 4. We just chill for a bit until dinner and it was so loud!!!! The people above us were making so much noise, sounded like they were running, jumping, and screaming upstairs. So we go to dinner in hopes it’s over by the time we get back…… spoiler alert…… they were still loud. So now it’s about 9:30 and we are trying to go to sleep with all the ruckus going on above us. My husband calls the front desk to inform them, but of course that does absolutely nothing. (And we sleep with a sound machine as loud as possible, so the ruckus was way louder than that if you can believe it..) Even though there was a ton of noise we fall asleep. Then at 11:20pm there was the loudest BOOM ever, both my husband and I woke up IMMEDIATELY, I have no idea what happened but that was nice to wake up to…. Try falling back asleep and of course the sounds from upstairs are still very loud. Wake up multiple times all night to hearing it, by 7:30 am decided it was time to stop trying to sleep and just get up. This hotel offered free breakfast until 9:30 am, my husband went down to get breakfast…. And let’s just say it was slim pickings at best… so we decided to just shower and get out of there. Now we knew the shower was gross but honestly and nice hot shower is one of the best things about staying in a hotel……. WELL you will NOT GET A HOT SHOWER!!!! Water is cold, won’t even get hot enough to even consider warm. So anyways at this point we just had to get out of there. We go down to check out and while my husband packed the car I waited and waited for someone to come to the front desk. There’s a sign there that says “Say hello and we will be right with you” So there I am saying hello again and again.. nothing. So just like check in I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to assist me. I told the lady we were checking out and we had complaints of the cleanliness of the room. She honestly didn’t really even want to see the pictures she just wanted me to send them to the hotel email (which I have of course done as well), I was able to finally show her the pictures but she said she can’t do anything she would have to have a manager here, who of course is not here now. So I sent the images to the email addressing the manager Kimberly but we will see if I ever get a call from her. This is honestly the WORST hotel experience I have EVER HAD. There are many hotels in the close proximity so I would ABSOLUTELY go to anywhere else over this place. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING…. Just let the photos speak for themselves.

Last minute stay here went well.
Needed a room for the night. I booked online and check in was easy. Room was clean and shower had hot water with good pressure.
I ran into a woman walking out to salt the sidewalk and asked if she was the front desk person. It ended up being the GM of the location, and she was able to help me with extra soap and tooth paste.
Didn’t catch her name but very pleasant woman and she’s doing a great job running this establishment. I jokingly said “I’m giving you 5 stars! So I’m here to be a man of my word. 👍

⚠️ ADA VIOLATION — READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️
My wife and I stayed at this hotel and immediately encountered multiple serious issues, including what appears to be a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
First:
The room we were assigned was not cleaned. The beds were unmade and garbage was left on the floor (photos attached). This alone was unacceptable.
Second — and far more serious:
My wife is pregnant and requires a service animal for a disability, protected under federal law. When I went to the front desk to report the unclean room, the general manager was placed on speakerphone and proceeded to aggressively state that dogs were not allowed in the hotel.
I calmly explained that the dog is a service animal under the ADA. Despite this, the general manager (Kimberly Duffy) repeatedly demanded specific medical details about my wife’s condition and pressed for information that businesses are explicitly prohibited from asking under federal law. I was made to feel intimidated, pressured, and coerced into discussing private medical information.
For clarity:
Under the ADA, staff may not ask about a person’s medical condition and may only ask limited, specific questions. This manager either does not understand ADA compliance or chose to ignore it—both are deeply concerning.
Third:
The front desk staff supported the manager’s actions, demonstrating a systemic lack of ADA training and compliance.
This was not a misunderstanding. This was hostile, unlawful treatment of a disabled guest, and it created an environment where my wife’s civil rights were disregarded.
I am documenting this publicly because:
- ADA violations are federal civil rights issues
- Hotels are legally required to train staff on these laws
- Other guests with disabilities deserve to be warned
I strongly recommend that anyone who relies on ADA protections avoid this hotel until management can demonstrate full compliance with federal law.
