Ocean Glass Inn

The location is great. It's a little bit of a hike to the beach, but a very easy bike ride. Very close to places to eat as well. The hotel is unique since it feels a lot like an air bnb style service you get. Check in is at 4, but the office is only open until 5 pm. So most likely you'll have to call the number on the door to check in through a link they'll send you to verify your ID and place a card on file. And the doors each have a key pad lock that you'll open with the code given at check-in. The place was mostly clean except for one bed skirt (I'll spare the details). So if you want an affordable no frills stay (with no customer service outside of an emergency number), this place is a solid option.

I’ve heard there is new management slowly taking over so maybe things will improve, but for $170 offseason this place comes across as a cheap motel with beach lipstick on a pig. There literally was no plastic cups for water in the bathroom or a coffee maker ot much beyond towels and a bed. Oh and it smelled weird…musty?. Told by a few employees that the previous management liked it “minimalist” (you mean they were cheap?). The tub is gross (old calking), the cheap furniture is falling apart in places, and it just feels cheap. Again.,,.$170. Not impressed and not sure why so many are? I guess they feel privileged to be staying at “cheap” place in Rehoboth? Maybe new Managment will improve it…

Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Great beach vibe! Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was simple but well done. Located about 15 minute walk from shopping/dining about 20/25 minute walk from boardwalk and beach.
