Ocean Glass Inn

I was pleasantly surprised it was perfect for us. We don’t like crowds of people and the king cottage was cute, clean and parking right outside your door. Had little kitchenette with table, chairs and small couch. We sat at a fire pit right outside our door and relaxed. It’s a mile to the beach but for $10 a person they will take you there and back. They have a day pass you can get to another hotel for a roof top pool and gym. Water pressure in shower could have been better, it’s a small bathroom. I liked the location right between beach and main road. Staff were great, we plan to stay there again.

Did this for a quick overnight stay and had a wonderful time! Perfect little rooms, overall exactly what you need for a beach trip where you just want a comfy bed and a shower. Service was great too - they texted us ahead of time and made sure we had all we needed. Will come back!

My family had a place in Lewes for 30 years so this was the first time paying for a place. It was a great decision to pick the Ocean Glass. Nice little homely place. The staff was excellent. Everything felt like a home away from home. Place is small enough you get to know and meet the other guest. The beach is a 20 min walk so your far enough away to not deal with everything but close enough that they can get you there on the golf cart in 5 minutes. Have fire pits to sit around in the cool evenings to get to know people. Great breakfast place right across the street. We were told they partnered up with some sister hotels and have pool access but we didnt use the benefits. We are definitely coming back next summer and making this a new family tradition since we no longer have the family house. I cant give this place enough thanks and kudos.
