Christi did an incredible job on my lip filler! She truly listened to what I wanted and guided me through every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. Her attention to detail and patient-first approach made the experience seamless. I’m so grateful to have found such a skilled and caring injector!

They are NOT transparent with pricing. BEWARE! I have been going to Oceanova for years for facials and massages. When I went for the last facial they were really talking up the MedSpa. Then they had a special $129.00 for 20 units of Botox. Plus some red light therapy and full skin review (never got the red light of skin review results). I explained to the PA my concerns and I was interested in the fine lines on the upper lip area and the smile lines on the corners of my mouth. She injected in the upper lip line and side areas we discussed. When I went to pay it was NOT $129.00, but $273.00. There was Never any discussion that the $129.00 would not coverage everything. No discussion about additional charge prior to starting or going over my concerns. I floored about the charges and was upset.

But more important I have called 3 times and left 3 messages for Michelle with Dianna. After 1 month she has yet to call me back. It was clearly a BAIT AND SWITCH. Get the client in here for a "Special" and then charge more without discussing. To never discuss cost with the client is just wrong. They are assuming additional cost are just fine and alright with anything the PA wants to do. It is just wrong and more concerning they could not call me back. Its a trust thing. I will never return.

Whitney gave me a great massage. The rest is unbelievable. I called two weeks ago to schedule as I had a voucher that was given to me at Xmas. I told the receptionist it was expiring on 3-18. SINCE THERE were no openings until 3-19, SHE SAID THEY WOULD HONOR IT. When I went to check out, she said the voucher was no good bc it was from a third party (spa week). She never asked where the voucher was from. I told her that. Too bad I had to pay. So $110 later I left. I have been to this spa three times previously but won’t return. Very, very poor customer service and appreciation.so your employee never asked where the certificate was from and that is my fault?/
