I had a truly wonderful experience buying. a bike at SeaGreen Bicycle in Lewes. I called with questions a few times leading up to visiting in person (I drove from ~2h away), and Mike was incredibly patient and helpful. When I arrived at the shop, I received friendly, full attention from Kent helping me test ride the bike I was interested in as well as comparable alternatives. They helped me make sure the bike fit me properly and was appropriate for my goals. I really appreciated how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable everyone I interacted with at the shop was!

We got to Lewes and realized my back tire needed new tape and a tube. This shop was right across the highway so we ran over there and in 5 minutes they had it fixed for 1/3 of the price as what another bike shop charged us previously for the same thing on another tire. They were super friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our new go to bike shop!

I would give 10 stars if I could.

This shop is an absolute gem in the community. I’ve brought my kids’ bikes in several times with various issues, and every time the team has gone out of their way to take care of us. They are incredibly knowledgeable, quick, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they love cycling and genuinely want to help people enjoy it too.

Mike and the rest of the staff treat you like family and make sure you leave with everything in perfect working order. Their generosity with their time and expertise is unmatched, and I honestly can’t imagine ever going to another bike shop.
