I had a truly wonderful experience buying. a bike at SeaGreen Bicycle in Lewes. I called with questions a few times leading up to visiting in person (I drove from ~2h away), and Mike was incredibly patient and helpful. When I arrived at the shop, I received friendly, full attention from Kent helping me test ride the bike I was interested in as well as comparable alternatives. They helped me make sure the bike fit me properly and was appropriate for my goals. I really appreciated how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable everyone I interacted with at the shop was!

We got to Lewes and realized my back tire needed new tape and a tube. This shop was right across the highway so we ran over there and in 5 minutes they had it fixed for 1/3 of the price as what another bike shop charged us previously for the same thing on another tire. They were super friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our new go to bike shop!

Seagreen is a fantastic bike shop! We have used them every summer for many years. Highly recommend Seagreen. Mike, Ken, and the entire staff are helpful and very knowledgeable. We were vacationing in Lewes for the week, and two of our bikes had flat tires, and one had mechanical issues. Although the store was very busy, Mike still made time to fix our bikes to ensure we could get back on the road as soon as possible. Great customer service! Seagreen stands behind their work and their products. Thank you for being a valuable part of the Lewes cycling community. Our loyalty is reciprocal.
