Sleep Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach

I recently stayed here and it was a wonderful experience! The building wasn't anything super fancy or modern, but it was still good and clean! The staff is incredible - super friendly and helpful. The pool was also really nice and the breakfast was well-stocked and really good! This place has a great team, which is so hard to find and totally makes the stay here memorable. It was conveniently located and I’d definitely come back. Thank you!

I was here for about a week and had such an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Very good breakfast as well. The staff is what made our stay amazing. Joe and the manager Carol were so incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond for me and my friend. Thank you so much for everything!!!!! My recent stay at the Sleep Inn in Rehoboth Beach left me with mixed feelings. While some aspects of the hotel were excellent, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in other areas, particularly with the cleanliness of the room.

On the positive side, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, patient, and accommodating. They were very understanding when we called about a forgotten item and were more than willing to assist. The breakfast buffet was also a nice amenity, and the hotel's location is fantastic, with many stores and restaurants conveniently located nearby.

Unfortunately, the experience with our room was disappointing. While it appeared clean at first glance, a closer look at the bathroom revealed a lack of thoroughness. There was hair in the bathtub that did not belong to my family or me, and what appeared to be mold around the tub area. The bathroom door handle was loose, and the flooring seemed dirty. This suggested a real lack of attention to detail in the housekeeping process.

This concern was reinforced when we realized we had accidentally left an item behind in the room. When we called, we were told the room had been immediately re-occupied and the item was not found by housekeeping. While I understand that the hotel is not responsible for lost belongings, I was disappointed that the item was completely overlooked during the room cleaning. This further supports my feeling that the attention to detail in housekeeping needs improvement.

In summary, the hotel's staff, location, and breakfast were all great, but the issues with room cleanliness and the housekeeping process were a letdown. Would I stay here again? Yes but if I got a room similar to the one I just had then I would speak up to the front desk to see if I can move rooms.
