The Crab Connect

Make sure you get what you paid for before you leave. Last week bought a bushel steamed, he puts them in 4 paper bags folded down - get home it was more like 1/2 to 3/4 bushel small crabs mostly light.

Another friend ordered 2 dozen large today, guy who sold the crabs confirm there were 2 dozen large. Got home only 13 crabs all 5” crabs. Guy don’t know how sizing of crabs goes and I assume has trouble counting. Called the place they did absolutely nothing. Will NEVER go back and recommend that you don’t either. Best place to get steamed crabs, The Crab Place hands down. Will deliver to Delaware next day they are in Chrisfield, MD.

I don't know how this business getting 4.3 rating. Anyhow, if you are looking for to purchase live crabs for your even you better have your plan B in place, because they are not suitable for your plan A. Don't keep your high hope, because they will fail you . I called and request 5 days ahead and calling and calling and messages after messages. The guy keeps promising and will failed you in the last minute. Luckily the review allow one start.

We have been going to Crab Connect for years. Have referred many friends to them and the crabs have been great over the years. We are local. We had a bad experience over the 4th of July weekend. Ordered 4 dozen medium to large - ahead of time. My daughter picked up and did not check the crabs. most were light medium. Very tasty, but not what we expected. I did call to express my disappointment but have not heard back.

We will order again for Labor Day weekend but will check the crab size. That would be my recommendation. Otherwise, the taste, service and price is great.
