DO NOT stay here if you are a gamer!! I travel for work alot and sometimes i stay at hotels for multiple days at a time. I usually stay at home2suites, but my boss booked me a room here instead. I always bring my xbox and never have a problem gaming at Home2Suites. However, here the tv is automically set off of game mode. And for you gamers, you know it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to play when the tv is not in game mode. Although it is a super easy fix, and any other time you have to press 2 buttons on a tv remote to fix it. The remote provided has no capability of changing the picture mode. So i went to the front desk to see if they could fix this 30 second issue, but the lady at the front desk told me no and that xbox and playstations don’t work on their tvs.. Then i told her at other hilton locations you can, but she did not care and would not provide me with help. I also know she is lying about the tvs not working with consoles because i literally had mine hooked up and on the screen. All modern tvs have a game mode. All i needed was a simple click of a button to switch from movie mode to game mode. Gaming is how i unwind after my 10 hours shift and i was extremely upset the staff could not allow this for me.

Renee at the front desk was so nice. I loved interacting with her. She made check in easy. She had a smile on her face and had a beautiful personality. She was amazing a second time when we were getting breakfast, and with the great hospitality and smile. Thanks Renee!

The hotel was clean but the rooms were small, for the price you would expect a closet or even a dresser to unpack your suitcase. There is only one small chair and a tiny desk, which for a family of four is crazy. The hotel is right off of a major highway so if you have a room facing that, it can be loud. The air conditioning unit was very loud as well, I had to put a bag ontop of it to stop it from rattling.
