VERY mixed feelings about this place. Most staff members are very nice, but most are not. I get it that you can’t use whip cream for other stuff but pancakes but that’s stupid on a WHOLE new level. This is my first and last time here. Rooms are decent for about 4 people. No microwave, not big enough trash cans, and a tiny refrigerator. You may not agree with my personal opinion that I’m sharing and that’s okay. Do better please!!!!!! All the other hotels like Cambria have that type of stuff Tru does not. I found bed bugs in the sheets! I’m so disappointed yall better do something about this

Tru by Hilton in Georgetown was a perfect location for what we needed to do in the area. The hotel is clean quiet and comfortable exactly what you want when you're stopping through for a night. It also offered Great value making it an easy choice for a period overall a simple well-run hotel that delivers just what you need without any hassle.

Literally the worst bed and pillows I've ever slept on. For a 170 a night for a shitty hotel you should at least have a comfortable bed a pillows. Sheets smelled like a hospital and the pillows felt like they have been slept on for 10 years. Should have stayed at the quality inn next door. For the price. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place
